The old "shuck and jive"...

Shuckin' and jivin' (or shucking and jiving) is a slang term primarily used by African Americans. It refers to the speech and behavioral mechanisms adopted in the presence of an authoritative figure [1]. "The Law" is nearly verbatim of the US constitution. AZ passed the law to unshuck the schmucks in DC. Since the feds don't do it, the state will, and should, and will. Good for them. When will the rest of the states follow?
